Dear Elspeth,
I feel that it is vitally important for people to know how greatly I personally benefited from the series of classes I took with you four years ago. I am living proof that your classes and common sense wisdom can really help people transform themselves and their lives if they are truly motivated to do it.
As a group we discussed strategies for tackling these things one by one. I got some great ideas and began to implement subtle changes in my way of thinking and acting inside my life that very day.
I want to tell people who are thinking about taking your series of classes and those who are currently taking them that the key to my success with what I learned in your classes is to be committed to changing and to be brave enough to act.
I hope the people who read this do not think that I am a special case. The ties that once bound me were just as strong and real as anyone's.
